Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your plushie, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging
• In the same condition as when you received it
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@lettersfromthewild.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly letter subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that month.
